Ordering
When ordering, it is important that you give the order number of the goods. This will ensure speed and accuracy in processing your order.
Pricing
Prices are F.O.B. Summerside, PEI., and are Canadian Dollars. Provincial Sales Tax, Goods and Services Tax, or Harmonized Sales Tax (where applicable) are not included. If you are prepaying your order, be sure to submit all applicable taxes. (Prices are subject to change without notice.)
Taxes
Licensed Commercial Fishermen are required to pay G.S.T. or H.S.T. (which may be reclaimed). Foreign orders are tax exempt.
Terms
Terms are VISA, MASTERCARD, or C.O.D.(sorry, COD in Canada only...).
Returns and Exchanges
Products may be returned for exchange or refund under the following conditions:
1. Invoice number and date must be provided.
2. Return must be within 20 days of original invoice.
3. Goods must be in original condition in undamaged, original packaging.
4. Return shipping charges must be prepaid.
5. Goods returned under warranty will be serviced in accordance with the terms of the applicable manufacturer's warranty.
6. Non-inventory goods purchased by special order are non-returnable.
Shipping Restrictions
Postal restrictions limit any one parcel to 30 kg maximum weight and 2 m maximum length.
All liquids, including paint, pressurized containers and flares cannot be shipped by mail. Some carriers may assess a Dangerous Goods Fee for the transport of these goods.
All parcels which exceed these restrictions will be shipped Best Possible by truck or courier.
Shipping Charges
The least expensive way to receive goods is to order using your VISA or MASTERCARD. The actual shipping charges for your order will be calculated and added to the cost of your goods. Be sure to give us your card number and expiry date.
For C.O.D. orders, actual shipping charges will be added to the cost of the goods In addition, the freight carrier's C.O.D. fee will be added- The base C.O.D. fees currently vary between $5.00 and $15.00 depending on the carrier, and increase with the value of the order.
