Cold Cure Epoxy is a 100% solids, unfilled, medium modulus, low viscosity, moisture tolerant epoxy. Bonds virtually everything, including wood, metals, concrete, and non-waxy plastics in cold, wet, hot and dry weather. Cold Cure Epoxy exhibits superior strength and bonding capabilities down to 2°C (35°F), even in moist and humid conditions. Cold Cure is ideal for glueing together unlike materials such as wood to metal or to plastics and provides a permanent, completely waterproof bond. Cold Cure is an excellent gap-filler using sawdust, sand, microballons, mini-fibers, or silica. For grouting applications, Cold Cure can be mixed with sand or cement.

Cold Cure with Jet Cure Hardener For the professional applicator when time is critical. It has all the same qualities as standard cold cure but it cures in 1/3 to 1/2 of the time.

CC & JET EPOXY

S-1 Epoxy Sealer is a 50% solids epoxy/polyamide system. S1 contains a special blend of solvents which provide the lowest possible viscosity along with the longest allowable pot life. This undoubtedly provides the maximum penetrating properties available. S1 Epoxy is designed specifically as a waterproof primer for all types of substrates. S1 Epoxy is excellent for preserving and prolonging the life of woods, concrete, metals and fiber-reinforced polyester.

Wood: S1 hardens and toughens dry wood as well as effectively eliminates excess moisture and oxygen, safely preventing wood rot. S1 is ideal for yacht interiors, counters and cupboards, showers, floors and furniture.

Concrete: On dry concrete, S1 is capable of penetrating its pore structure to provide an excellent subsurface barrier to inhibit moisture migration and damage from freeze-thaw cycling. Ends concrete dusting and extends surface wear 10-20 times longer than untreated concrete. Increase the number of coats and the product will yield a tough, high-build yet elastic and non-staining barrier against most chemicals, salt, mild acids and petroleum products.

Metals: S1 bonds tenaciously to sandblasted metal to waterproof and prevent corrosion. Polyamides are basic in nature, therefore are natural rust inhibitors.

Fiberglass: S1 Epoxy provides the extra moisture resistance that conventional polyester laminates require to prevent water absorption. This potential water intake can weight and reduce your effective stiffness and strength by as much as 50%. S1 is extremely effective in preventing osmosis blistering when applied to new fiberglass boats.
